Enemecio’s “Walay Kinatulgan” tells of the writer’s broken heart; how, even in his dreams, he is haunted by the monsters of the failed relationship with his love. He misses his great love dearly; how, even when he closes his eyes, the twinge is completely agonizing. His heart is in pain and he can’t bear the death-like sadness striking his emotional heart and beaten soul.
