Translation: Beyond Basics seminar

The USC Cebuano Studies Center, in cooperation with Inotherwords, Inc. (IOW) and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, will conduct a seminar/workshop, Translation: Beyond Basics, for teachers and aspiring translators, on October 14-15, 2016.

Translation: Beyond Basics aims to capacitate its participants in the theories and skill of translation to enable them to efficiently translate lessons or translation projects.

The speakers are renowned practitioners in translation studies: Dr. Ralph Semino-Galan, Dr. John Iremil Teodoro, and Fr. Albert Alejo.
