1848 A bishop’s decree confirms the erection of Oslob as a parish. 1900 Col. Edward J. McClernand, at the head of six companies of U.S. infantry, attacks insurgent positions in the Sudlon mountain. The Americans scatter the Cebuanos and destroy their entrenchments.
